History

Ellis Boxer & Blake PLLC can trace its roots back to 1971, when the firm's founder established a practice in Springfield, Vermont. Over the years, the firm has built a team of talented lawyers with a shared commitment to the highest professional standards and to southern Vermont as the ideal hub for a regional business-oriented law firm.  In that time, Ellis Boxer & Blake has provided its clients with the high quality legal-services generally expected from larger firms--but with the efficiency and personalized attention only a smaller office can offer.

Now with a satellite office in Burlington, Vermont, Ellis Boxer & Blake PLLC is well poised to continue to provide that same high level of professional care but with greater access and convenience to our clients.
