Andy Boxer Secures Defense Verdict in Rutland County

On October 27, 2016, a Rutland County jury returned a verdict for the Defendant, whose large white pine tree had fallen on and destroyed the neighbor Plaintiff’s home in a 2014 windstorm. Plaintiff claimed over $100,000 in damages.
