Andrew C. Boxer
Andy practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, and land-use law. Within his insurance-law practice, Andy has particular experience with fire loss, products liability, construction defect, animal bite, traumatic-brain-injury, timber trespass, slip-and-fall, and car accident claims, in defense, coverage and subrogation contexts. Andy is an experienced trial lawyer, and regularly represents clients in State and Federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

William J. Blake
Bill directs the Firm’s workers’ compensation practice group and serves as the Firm’s managing member. Mr. Blake represents Vermont employers and their insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims before the Vermont Department of Labor, Vermont Superior Courts and the Vermont Supreme Court. He also advises clients on employment law issues and represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters.

Oliver joined Boxer Blake & Moore PLLC in 2014, at the end of his judicial clerkship with the Alaska State Superior Court in Anchorage. Before that, while earning his J.D. and Masters’ degrees, he served as an Articles Editor and Production Coordinator with the Vermont Law Review. Additionally, Oliver was the recipient of an Academic Excellence Award and was named to the dean’s list for all three academic years. His practice focuses on insurance defense, insurance coverage, civil litigation, and workers' compensation.

Jen joined Boxer Blake & Moore PLLC in February 2016. Upon graduating law school, Jen chose to be a stay-at-home mother. When the youngest of her five children entered first grade, she returned to the legal field as a law clerk, working primarily on employment law claims for six years until she sat for the Vermont Bar in July 2014. Admitted in January 2015, her practice focuses on employment law matters and workers’ compensation defense.

Denise M. Smith
Denise joined Boxer Blake & Moore PLLC in 2009 and brings twenty years of experience working in business administration and ten years working at law firms. Ms. Smith utilizes her background and knowledge to tackle the challenges that come with working in a fast-paced environment. She earned her MBA in 2006 from Southern New Hampshire University, which enables her to manage the daily operations of the Firm, establishing a productive working environment.

Sarah obtained her Associates Degree in Business Management from Vermont Technical College in 2003, and joined Boxer Blake & Moore PLLC that same year, more than two decades ago. Sarah’s many years of experience within the Firm is a huge contributor to our ongoing ability to represent our clients cost-effectively and successfully.

Carolee Williams
Carolee is a native of Charlestown, NH. She attended Plymouth State University majoring in Music & Theater. After many years of traveling throughout the United States working for different theater companies she returned to New Hampshire to be closer to her family. In recent years she has returned to her love of theater by participating in several productions produced by The River Theater Company in Charlestown.

Staci has always enjoyed working with the public. For several years she worked in a nursing home as the Health Information Manager before moving to Vermont. Once moving to Vermont she continued to work and assist the public working as an Emergency Communication Dispatcher and 911 call taker for the State of Vermont.

Joey P. Dressel
Joey was born and has lived in Springfield, Vermont all her life. Joey started working during high school for the Springfield Hospital. She started as an office assistant, moving to a medical transcriptionist, and then, a medical assistant. After several years working in the medical field, Joey was ready for a change and she took a keen interest in law when she joined the firm. Joey enjoys crafting and gardening in her down time.
