Burlington, Vermont- December 1, 2006

A Chittenden County jury unanimously found in favor of the State of Vermont, defendant in a wrongful death action, Docket Number S0498-2001CnC, filed by the survivors of Brian Blair, who died in a 1998 Truck Accident on U.S. Route 2 in North Hero.  Mr.  Blair was the passenger in a beer delivery truck when it traveled off the road into a culvert. The plaintiffs argued that the State had failed to post appropriate warnings on the road.  EB&B's Managing Partner, Andrew Boxer, represented the State in this matter.
