Andy Boxer Addresses Vermont Claims Association Kiel Ellis & Boxer's Andy Boxer was the Vermont Claims Association's invited guest for their February 17, 2005 meeting held in Barre. He addressed the the details of litigating matters involving carbon monoxide claims with an emphasis on factual investigation and determining liability. He shared his recent experience in successfully defending a carbon monoxide lawsuit in the recent trial Koplewitz v. Hamilton, et. al, Docket No. 103-2-01 Wmcv, held in Windham Superior Court last month, Judge John P. Wesley presiding.
